Roof Repairs

An integral part of the roof cleaning and restoration service is the ability to carry out minor repairs to the tiles once a full clean has been executed.

Pressure Cleaning East Anglia Ltd works to the highest of standards at all times and customers can be guaranteed that any repair work we recommend be carried out is discussed with you and any associated additional problems or work that is required is explained and cost accordingly. 

Using our own employees we will carry out some or all of the following is required:-

• Remove deteriorating mortar between crests, ridge and hip tiles.
• Re-pointing using a fibre re-enforced polymer mortar.
• Ridges and crests re-bedded 
• Damaged roof tiles replaced.
• Valleys checked and re-pointed
• Inspect lead flashing
• Check the condition of any chimney stacks
• Check guttering is sound and secure.

After a suitable drying time allowing for any mortar to fully cure we will move onto the next stage and apply either a clear acrylic sealer or a coloured roof coating.
