Pattern Imprinted Concrete Restoration
Pressure Washing East Anglia Ltd has the expertise to fully clean and refurbish this most hard-wearing of driveway and patio surfaces. With many thousands of installations over the last 20-25 years, many customers believe that it is maintenance free.
However whilst many are regularly pressure washed, very few are re-coloured and sealed. The wear and tear become evident over a period of time and combined with heavier winter conditions any cracks or weakness can soon show up with broken capping's and bare substrate evident in places.
We can make good these areas and re-colour "white" patches which are often evidence of the life span of the sealer being exceeded and traffic use eroding the remnants of any colour pigment taking the surface back to its original concrete finish.
We can also carry out minor repairs filling in any cracks with a colour matched crack repair compound and any pieces of the surface that has cracked or broken off can also be repaired and blended in too the remaining surface.
We initially thoroughly clean the entire surface and once fully dry we will carry out any repairs required and after a suitable drying time we will if required recolour and then apply at least two coats of sealant with an anti-slip additive.
Some areas do not need re colouring but more a rejuvenation with Smartseal's top quality sealant, we will advise you of the best method at the time of our initial consultation.
